It’s clear that Madison is not in touch with the concerns of every day citizens; families are paying more for groceries, gas and health care. And at the same time government is adding to our children’s debt by running up a deficit.

Those priorities are misplaced. And that’s not how families balance their budget. They spend and save according to what they make. Government needs to get in line with Wisconsin’s working families.

I will vote like the people in Fond du Lac, Winnebago and Dodge Counties by holding the line on tax increases and looking at more efficient and effective ways of providing necessary services.
